Students are expected to engage in a number of additional learning opportunities and will be offered access to encounter groups, community sessions, online academic support, peer study groups, research supervision and continuing professional development workshops in order to develop their learning and skills.

Route A. Adult
This route offers students the chance to develop their understanding of therapeutic work with adults with a specific focus on sexual issues in therapy. It also offers an exciting module introducing students to the emerging area of digital media in therapy.
Route B. Child & Young Person
This route is designed to provide counsellors with skills and knowledge to support therapeutic work with children and young people, with a specific focus on working with creative media. It is designed to meet a number of the BACP Competences for working with young people (2014).
